Power Stroller Class for a Cause

How many of you have tried Power Stroller? Power Stroller is a progressive mom and baby fitness company that specializes in stroller group training. This program accommodates to all fitness and postpartum levels and is progressive in nature. The classes include intense bursts of exercise that are designed to increase heart rate to burn fat from calories. Their goal is to empower mothers in fitness and overall health and wellness. Along the way, you will receive informative nutrition tips for you and your family. The best part about Power Stroller is that it works alongside The Children’s Nutrition Network, an organization that helps fund schools with nutrition programs. A portion of Power Stroller’s proceeds goes towards funding this organization and ensuring that children are getting the nutrition they need.

On Monday, July the 14th, Power Stroller is holding a class for a cause in which your minimum $5 donation will support the nutrition programs of nearby schools. Additionally, this class will give you a chance to try out Power Stroller without actually registering. You can give the program a try and see and feel the benefits for yourself! The one-hour class will be a condensed version of the typical 90 minute class.

The class will be held at Springbank Park from 9:30am to 10:30am. Participants will meet up 15 minutes before the class begins in the parking lot directly across from the Shoppers Drug Mart on Commissioners Road. Remember to wear comfy running shoes, bring some water to stay hyrdrated, and bring one 3-5lb hand weight.
