Youth Strength and Conditioning at Hybrid Fitness

Do you have a fitness enthusiast between the ages of 10 and 13? Hybrid Fitness offers a strength and conditioning program for children in this age bracket who are looking to increase their health knowledge and general athleticism. This is a great program that gives youth the opportunity be physically active while also learning about the world of fitness and well-being.

This program is great for advanced athletes who are looking to up their game, yet also fitting for beginners who are looking to get some more physical activity and learn a thing or two. The program will teach youth how to stay mobile in order to steer clear of injuries, practice basic strength and coordination, as well as work on speed and power. This program is very holistic in that it teaches all the fundamentals of youth development in order to enable participants to reach their full potential. Whether your child is looking to excel in a sport or simply learn more about fitness and get active, this program is sure to be a lot of fun for them.

The program is 4 times per week, and participants can attend as little or many classes as they please. The classes take place Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm. The cost is $80/month for unlimited classes.

Aside from her academics, Caroline is also a track and field athlete competing at the national and international level in the discipline of triple jump.
